「あなた達」の言い方

二人称単数（あなた）も、二人称複数（あなた達）も、英語ではどちらも「You」で表すと学校で習った人も多いのではないでしょうか？おっさんもそうです。

しかし、「あなた」と「あなた達」を明確に区別する私たち日本人からすれば、随分と不便だなぁと感じた人も多いと思います。（兄も弟も「brother」と教わったときもそう感じました。）

実のところ、ネイティブも不便だと感じることが多いようです。

そこで、二人称複数を表す場合には、YOUに代わる言葉が色々と使われているようです。

その中でも一般的に使われるのが「You guys」という言い方です。

guysというと男性に対する呼びかけにしか使えないような印象を受けますが、女性を含む場合、女性だけの場合でも使えるとのことです。

かなりラフな感じを受けますが、改まった席でも使われることも多く市民権を得ているようですね。

その他の言い方

大きい数字の読み方

1～999

まずは1～999までの読み方をしっかりとマスターします。
1～99の読み方は恐らくマスターしていると思いますので、ここでは省略して100～999の読み方を確認していきます。

序数とは1番目、2番目…のように物の順序を表す数字のことです。
（以下では「番目」は省略します。）

4～19は数字の後ろに「th」を付けます
